Lotter provided further information on how this matter noting CenturyLink was trying to break into the metro <br />area. <br /> <br />Councilmember Strub recommended a Councilmember volunteer to serve as the alternate to Twin Cities <br />Gateway. He indicated that he was happy with all of his other delegations. <br /> <br />Councilmember Burg commented she would need someone to sit in on the Public Safety Commission meeting <br />in February. Councilmember Jacobsen agreed to sit in on this meeting. <br /> <br />Lotter questioned who was willing to serve as Acting Mayor in 2015. There was consensus to have <br />Councilmember Strub serve as Acting Mayor. <br /> <br />Councilmember Burg requested Item 12 on the Consent Agenda be pulled and be considered at the January <br />27th City Council meeting. She feared that this bar could fail and believed that further conversations should be <br />held before this item was voted on by the Council.
