Call to Order <br />The meeting was called to order at 6:33 p.m. by Chair Frischman <br /> <br />II. Trails, Bike and Walk-ways –Grant Wyffels & Craig Schlichting <br />a. Update on County/City Projects <br />a. City Project - 2015-1 Street Rehabilitation <br />i. County Road F Bridge- construction to start June, 2015. Bridge will <br />totally be taken down. <br />ii. Innsbruck Park Improvements – increase size and dredge to get <br />sediment out. <br />iii. 10th Street & 8th Street including a multi-use trail on the south side of <br />10th Street from (8 foot trail would run to 1st Ave.) Next year County <br />Rd F Bridge will be replaced and the trail will continue past the bridge <br />to Mounds View H.S. A new traffic signal at 10th St. and Old Hwy 8 <br />and lane modifications in the New Brighton Exchange area. Right turn <br />lane added on Old 8. New lighting also proposed (more decorative <br />and LED which lasts a long time). The crosswalk by the New Brighton <br />Community Center will also be upgraded. <br />b. MnDOT/Ramsey County Updates (Highway 96) – 2015. Bridge will be taken <br />down in segments so it will be open to one lane most of the time. The bridge <br />at County Road H is slated for 2016. Part of that will enter into the TCAAP <br />site. South of County Road F bridge is 2015. County Road E2 bridge is 2016. <br />All of these have pedestrian improvements with the bridge replacement. The <br />H bridge is a signature bridge as considered by Arden Hills. It is the north <br />entrance into TCAAP. There will be pedestrian crossings. Highway 96 is a <br />divergent diamond interchange. The trails will be on the inside of the bridge. <br />APPROVED
