Council Member Ann Hoffman - Parks, Recreation, and Environmental <br />Commission <br /> <br />Council Member Hoffman was unable to attend the Parks, Recreation, and <br />Envirorunental Commission meeting, A substantial amount of Community surveys <br />were returned. <br /> <br />3. Council Member Sharon Doffing - Economic Development Commission- <br /> <br />Council Member Doffing stated she has been working heavily with NWYFS, <br />where she serves on the Board of Directors, She is also on the NWY &FS <br />Governance committee where she rewrites bylaws as the organization grows and <br />expands for the benefit of those in need in our Community, <br /> <br />Council Member Doffing also commented that she understands that she is a <br />minority voice on the Council, especially on eminent domain issues, It is her <br />expectation that her I st amendment rights are honored and her comments are <br />reported in the minutes. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />4. Council Member Kim Moore-Sykes - Public Safety Commission- <br /> <br />Council Member Moore-Sykes attended the Public Safety Commission meeting, <br />where Mr, Nick Tomali of the Mounds view School District was present, and the <br />issue of removing the "No Parking" signs in front of Pike Lake School was <br />addressed. Gratitude was expressed to all who attended the Town Hall meeting, in <br />addition to staff who made for a successful morning, <br /> <br />Adjournment <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Hoffman, seconded by Council Member Moore-Sykes to <br />adjourn the meeting. <br /> <br />5 Ayes - 0 Nays, Motion Carried <br /> <br />Meeting was adjourned at 9:00 P.M. <br /> <br /> <br />Steve Larson, Mayor <br /> <br />r:;4ff,:r;;:ftl ~d'ML.z <br /> <br />Daniel A.
