Other conditions identified by the City Council. <br /> <br />[(4) Road Salt Storage and Transfer Facility. <br /> A. The road salt must be covered on three sides, including a roof. <br /> B. The road salt pile must be included in the calculations for the amount of <br />land area to be occupied by piles under 2(F) above if this use is utilized in <br />conjunction with an aggregate crushing and recycling with associated materials <br />storage use.] <br /> <br /> <br />Section 6-810. Procedure and Amendments. <br /> <br />(1) The procedure for consideration of uses under this Article is as set forth in Sections <br />8-110 through 8-130 and Sections 8-240 through 8-260. The Special Use shall not be <br />considered unless the conditions of Section 7-800 and the findings of Section 8-130 are <br />met. <br />(2) A special use permit may be denied if the City Council determines the potential <br />impacts of the proposed use, when taken together with the existing uses on a property, <br />would cumulatively result in negative impacts on the environment, surrounding <br />properties, or public infrastructure that cannot be reasonably avoided or mitigated <br />through the imposition of conditions on a special use permit. <br /> (2) (3) It is recognized that from time to time the nature of a use allowed by this Article <br />may need to be altered from the original approval.
