Consideration of a minor subdivision/ preliminaIy plat at 327 11th <br />Avenue NW. Report No. 05-231. <br /> <br />Director of Community Development, Grant Fernelius, gave an overview of the proposed <br />lot split. <br />Council Member Doffing inquired if any neighbors had contacted the City. Mr Fernelius <br />said there were none. <br />Mr. Gary Wright stated he intended to have the lots conform with the others in the vicinity. <br />There were no other comments from the audience. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Hoffman, seconded by Council Member Doffing to close the <br />Public Hearing. <br /> <br />5 Ayes-O Nays Motion Carried <br /> <br />'otion by Council Member Hoffman, seconded by Council Member Moore-Sykes to <br />aive the reading and adopt the attached resolution approving a minor subdivision PI 05- <br />7 with the following condition: <br /> <br />1. The 400 Sq ft. accessory structure on parcel A is removed by December 31, <br />2005 and a letter of credit is submitted to ensure removal. <br /> <br />5 Ayes-O Nays Motion Carried <br /> <br />Council Business <br />1. Consideration of a variance to reduce the required front yard setback at <br />2830 Forestdale Road (I'HIS ITEM WAS TABlED AT THE September 27, <br />2005 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING). Report No. 05-232. <br /> <br />Director of Community Development, Grant Femelius, gave background information, in <br />addition to addressing the applicants concerns and hardship statements. <br /> <br />It was reported the Planning Commission reviewed this proposal and concluded to <br />recommend approval to the council. <br /> <br /> <br />· otion by Council Member Hoffman, seconded by Council Member Moore-Sykes to <br />~oPt the attached resolution approving a variance to reduce the required front yard <br />setback from 30 feet to 21 feet at 2830 Forestdale Road (VN05-03). <br /> <br />ublic Hearin <br />1.
