Consideration of a Special Use Permit to construct a detached garage in <br />excess of 624 S.F. at 2529 County Road H. Report No. 05-233. <br /> <br />Director of Community Development, Grant Fernelius stated the Mr. Ray Hable is <br />requesting to build a garage in excess of 624 square feet. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission held a Public Hearing on 10-18-2005, there were no <br />residents in attendance. It was the recommendation of the Planning Commission to <br />approve the application. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Moore-Sykes, seconded by Council Member Doffing to adopt <br />the attached resolution approving SP05-I5 to allow for the construction of a detached <br />garage in excess of624 S.F. at 2529 County Rd H. <br /> <br />5 Ayes-O Nays Motion Carried <br /> <br />I 3. <br /> <br />Consideration of an amendment to the General Development Plan / Planned <br />Unit Development for Main Street Village. Report No. 05-234 <br /> <br />Director of Community Development, Grant Fernelius, stated the Applicant; Pratt Ordway <br />is requesting a modification of the approved site plan to allow for a change in use. <br />It was emphasized that the only issue was approving a change in land use, not approval of <br />a site-plan. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Hoffman, seconded by Council Member Moore-Sykes to <br />adopt the attached resolution approving GP05-01 to amend the General Development Plan! <br />Planned Unit for Main Street Village. <br /> <br />5 Ayes-O Nays Motion Carried <br /> <br />4. Resolution Approving Agreement with Bell Lrunber & Pole Company for <br />Exchange of Land. Report No. 05-235. <br /> <br /> <br />Issistant Director of Community Development David Black gave an overview of the <br />proposed exchange of land. It was stated that this land exchange would work well <br />with anticipated future plans. <br /> <br />2.
