Black replied the estimate was approximately $100,000.00, to be. paid from TIF <br />Ius funds. <br /> <br />ouncil Member Doffing asked. who the principle contact at Ryan Companies was. <br />Mr. Black replied. it has been Mark Schoening, in addition to various engineers. <br /> <br />Kurt Grasse, 300- 11th Ave NW questioned the impact on neighboring residents. <br />Mr. Black stated the effect on residential areas would not be an issue. Mr Krassy <br />expressed his concerns about early morning noise, especially on weekends, and <br />odors emitting from Bell Pole. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Hoffinan, seconded by Council Member Moore-Sykes to <br />Waive the reading and adopt the attached resolution approving the exchange of land <br />between the City and Bell Lumber and Pole Co. <br /> <br />5 Ayes-O Nays Motion Carried <br /> <br />I 5. Consideration of changing City Council meeting from November 8th to <br />November 9th. Report No. 05-236 <br /> <br />The City Manager explained. that the General Election being held on November <br />8, 2005 results in the Council Meeting being rescheduled. for Wednesday, <br />November 9, 2005. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Moore-Sykes, seconded by Council Member Doffing to <br />approve the change of November 8th regular Council Meeting to 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, <br />November 9, 2005. <br /> <br />5 Ayes-O Nays Motion Carried <br /> <br />6. Consideration of granting a 180 day extension for site plan application- <br />Brighton Village.
