Preliminary Concept Review for a 6-bed Christian Science nursing facility at 1190 Long Lake <br />Road This item is a continuation from the January 25, 2005 Council Meeting. Report No. 05- <br />088. Resolution No. 05-030 <br /> <br />The City Planner gave a recap of previous discussions regarding this item, followed by a brief <br />overview of the revised proposal. The City Planner indicated that the recommendation of the <br />Planning Commission is that the prolX'sed Clifton House does fit into the guidelines of the zoning <br />code. <br /> <br />Sharon Hanson representing The Clifton House explained some of the alterations made to the <br />plans to accommodate the aqjacent properties. Ms Hanson indicated that the facility was <br />downsized as well as being relocated on the site. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Bill Baxley representing BKV Group Architects shared in detail the redesign of the facility. <br /> <br />COlU1cil Member Doffing questioned the prior discussion of the sewer interceptor, Mr. Baxley <br />confirmed the current plan is in compliance with the sanitmy sewer easement <br /> <br />ColUlCil Member Doffing asked how the neighbors felt about the changes in the site plan. <br /> <br />Bob Barry 1230 Long Lake Rd applauded the changes that were made. <br /> <br />Consent Aeenda <br />I.
