Resolution No. 05-034 <br /> <br />The City Planner gave an overview of the proposed subdivision and Final Plat <br /> <br /> <br />lotion by Council Member Moore-Sykes, seeonded by Council Member Doffmg, to <br />waive the reading and adopt the attached resolution and recommend approval of the <br />minor subdivision and Final Plat subject to the following condition: <br /> <br />I.
