<br />Commissioner Beach questioned how much time would be needed to create a conceptual plan for Block <br />B. Mr. Hankinson anticipated that Ryan Companies would need another 30 days to complete this task. <br /> <br />Chair Zisla hoped that the City would be able to recoup some of the RAP costs through the future <br />development of Blocks B & D. <br /> <br />Commissioner Benke recommended that the EDC not move forward until more information can be <br />presented about RAP preparation for Block B.
