Compliance with the conditions of Resolution 13-076 and 15-011, unless otherwise revised herein. <br />2. The Construction Compliance date shall remain as December 31, 2019. <br />3. Review and acceptance of the re -plat by the Ramsey County Surveyor. <br />4. Applicant shall pay park dedication fees for the townhomes at the time of building permit based on <br />current year park dedication rates. 2015 rates are $1,720 per unit. <br />5. The plat has to match the document within the Planning Report. <br />Chairperson Howard requested further comment on the conditions for approval. Planning Director Gundlach <br />reviewed the five conditions for approval with the Planning Commission. <br />Motion by Commissioner Nichols-Matkaiti, seconded by Commissioner Erickson to close the Public <br />Hearing. <br />Approved 5-0. <br />Motion by Commissioner Danger, seconded by Commissioner Erickson, to approve staff <br />recommendation. <br />Approved 5-0. <br />Other Business: Planning Director Gundlach reminded the Commission that the Shoreland Ordinance Open <br />House would be held on September 29'h. The Open House would be held at the Community Center.
