6. The portion of Ingress, Egress, and Parking Easement encumbered by the attached garage <br />addition shall be vacated prior to issuance of a building permit. <br />7. The attached garage addition shall not be used for warehousing. <br />8. Brick or stone is added to the street fagade of the existing building or the street fagade of the <br />proposed garage addition. The applicant shall work with the Planning Director to determine <br />the appropriate amount of stone/brick to be added. <br />9.
