Type C3 buildings shall not <br />exceed 2 %z stories or 30' in height, whichever is greater, and shad be regulated as <br />art of a Planned Development per Chapter 7 of the Zoning Code. <br />Building Type P, Public park buildings. Type P buildings are permitted on publicly <br />owned land with-the-NWQ district, or in any -other area -within the NWQ district with <br />a special use permit. <br />6-730. Street Types. <br />6-740. Parking Requirements. <br />Off-street parking shall be provided at a ratio of four spaces per thousand square feet <br />of floor area of retail, commercial and office development. For the purposes of this <br />section net floor area shall mean floor area minus hallways, bathrooms, lobby, <br />lunch/break rooms and the like. <br />Parking for residential units in the NWQ District shall be provided on site, and shall <br />be calculated as follows: <br />A.
