NBE New Brighton Exchange Distric# (*See Figures at End of Article.) 6-680. Intent .e purpose of the NBE New Brighton Exchange District is provide an area for an intensely developed mixed use center that will be a vibrant and active Lee where people can live, work, shop, play and be entertained.
