NBE New Brighton Exchange Distric# <br />(*See Figures at End of Article.) <br />6-680. Intent <br />.e purpose of the NBE New Brighton Exchange District is <br />provide an area for an intensely developed mixed use center that will be a vibrant and active <br />Lee where people can live, work, shop, play and be entertained.
