<br />delicatessen, fruits, vegetables, groceries and meats in permanent buildings only.
<br />B3. The sale of books, magazines, newspapers, cigars, drugs, flowers, gifts, music,
<br />photographic goods, sporting goods, and stationery.
<br />C3. Restaurants, cafeterias, coffee houses, chocolate houses, juice bars, ice cream shops, and
<br />similar uses offering food or drink.
<br />D4. Service establishments, barber or beauty shops, custom tailors, laundry agencies, self-
