Mounds View and St. Anthony -New Brighton Schools (Exhibit C) will need to <br />decide whether: <br />a. To continue to hold elections in odd -numbered years independently of the <br />City and begin independently administering them. <br />b. To continue to hold elections in odd -numbered years independently of the <br />City and contract the City of New Brighton to administer their elections in <br />exchange for 100% of the election costs. <br />c. To change their own election cycle to even -numbered years and <br />reimburse the City of New Brighton in accordance with the allocation <br />procedures set forth by the MN Secretary of State's Office. (Exhibit D) <br />2. The City Council will need to consider the issue of Councilmember terms. <br />a.
