The proceeds <br />would be loaned to Benedictine Health System to be used to refinance outstanding bonds for <br />the facilities in New Brighton and Red Wing. She reviewed Minnesota State Law regarding <br />bond refinancing and explained the City would have no financial obligation with respect to the <br />bond refinancing. Ms. Forini recommended the Council authorize a cooperative agreement <br />with the Cities of Red Wing and Lauderdale. <br />Councilmember Bauman questioned <br />Motion by Councilmember Burg, seconded by Councilmember Jacobsen to open the <br />Public Hearing. <br />5 Ayes, 0 Nays - Motion Carried <br />The Public Hearing was opened at 6:51 p.m. <br />Mayor Jacobsen asked for additional comments, there were none. <br />Motion by Councilmember Burg, seconded by Councilmember Jacobsen to close the <br />Public Hearing. <br />5 Ayes, 0 Nays - Motion Carried <br />The Public Hearing was closed at 6:51 p.m. <br />Motion by Councilmember Jacobsen, seconded by Councilmember Burg to approve the issuance of <br />conduit revenue bonds and authorize a Cooperative Agreement with the Cities of Red Wing <br />and Lauderdale. <br />5 Ayes, 0 Nays -Motion Carried <br />3.
