March 22, 2016 Page I 1 of 11 <br />Dean Lotter <br />City Manager hotter reported the City was at a yellow alert level for water usage. He <br />explained it was imperative for the City to restrict water usage given the fact two wells at <br />Mount Sinai Hinkley were down for maintenance. He discussed how the City was engaging <br />with the top 25 commercial water users. He encouraged residents to view the City's website to <br />gain additional information regarding the water situation. He indicated the Metro Area Water <br />Supply Advisory Committee would be meeting on Tuesday, March 23rd. He providers an <br />update on the renovations occurring at City Hall. He anticipated the work would be completed <br />by Wednesday, June 1". He stated staff was working to create electronic packets for all <br />commissions and committees. In addition, the City Clerk would be providing each <br />commission with a presentation on open meeting laws.
