Councilmember Burg asked where the City with was rebranding. Lotter stated he has only received on other <br />quote from a vendor for this work and it came in five times the expense as the previous quote. He <br />recommended the Council scratch rebranding at this time because he did not want the website held up any <br />further. He explained internal strategic discussions are being held by staff on this matter. <br />Mayor Johnson summarized the discussion of the Council. She indicated the Council agreed with waiting on <br />the rebranding and understood the importance of getting the website updated now. She stated the Council <br />discussed the potential of holding one offsite meeting. <br />Lotter reported he would draft an agenda of safe topics, which can be reviewed by the Council at a future <br />meeting. <br />Councilmember Bauman recommended just a typical Council business meeting be held. <br />Councilmember Strub agreed and proposed the offsite meeting be held at Irondale or St. John's in September. <br />Mayor Johnson added that the Council was in favor of holding several neighborhood meetings this year, even <br />if held on a Saturday morning in July or August. <br />Councilmember Jacobsen encouraged the Council to consider new venues for the neighborhood meetings to <br />reach additional members of the community. <br />Worksession adjourned at 7:41 p.m. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Terri Haarstad <br />City Clerk <br />
