<br />16 <br />483433v3 NE136-8 <br />execution of this Agreement and shall remain continuously in force for the duration of the <br />Agreement. <br /> <br />The Contractor must obtain the following insurance coverage with these minimum levels <br />of coverage: <br /> <br />Worker’s Compensation Insurance: Statutory <br /> <br />Contractor’s Public Liability Insurance: $1,500,000 each/person <br />$1,500,000 each/occurrence <br /> <br />Property Damage: $1,500,000 each/person <br />$1,500,000 each/occurrence <br /> <br />Automotive Insurance: $1,500,000 aggregate <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />5.2 Workers’ Compensation <br /> <br />The Contractor shall provide evidence of workers’ compensation insurance covering all <br />employees of the Contractor and subcontractors engaged in the performance of the <br />Contractor’s obligations under this Agreement as required by law. <br /> <br />5.3 Employee Working Conditions and the Contractor’s Safety Procedures <br /> <br />The Contractor will ensure adequate working conditions and safety procedures are in <br />place to comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. The <br />City reserves the right to inspect on a random basis all trucks, equipment, facilities, <br />working conditions, training manuals, records of claims for workers’ compensation or <br />safety violations and standard operating procedures documents. <br /> <br />5.4 Equal Opportunity <br /> <br />During the performance of the executed Agreement, the Contractor, in compliance with <br />Executive Order 11246, as amended by Executive Order 11375 and Department of Labor <br />Regulations 41 CFR, Part 60, shall not discriminate against any employee or applicant for <br />employment because of race, color, religion, sex, or national origin. The Contractor shall <br />take affirmative action to ensure that applicants for employment are qualified, and that <br />employees are treated during employment, without regard to their race, color, religion, <br />sex, or national origin. <br /> <br />Such prohibition against discrimination shall include, but not be limited to, the following: <br />employment, upgrading, demotion or transfer, recruitment or recruitment advertising,
