Consideration of a Resolution approving a Minor Subdivision of 1239 12th Avenue <br />NW. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Bauman, seconded by Councilmember Jacobsen to Adopt a Resolution <br />approving the subdivision, subject to payment of appropriate development fees at the <br />time of building permit. <br /> <br />City Manager Lotter indicated Assistant Community Assets and Development/Planning Director Gundlach <br />would be presenting this item to the Council. <br />Assistant Community Assets and Development/Planning Director Gundlach explained the applicant is <br />requesting a minor subdivision for 1239 12th AVE NW, subdividing off the northern 80’ of the <br />existing 180’ lot. The existing property is 1.5993 acres or 69,668 SF in total land area. The <br />newly subdivided lot (Proposed Parcel A) would be 80’ x 387’ or 28,150 SF in total land area. <br />The remaining lot (Proposed Parcel B) would be 100’ x 387’ or 41,518 SF.
