10 <br /> <br />Jon Jay Wilson, 42 years of age from Long Prairie, was formally charged with a felony <br />level Violation of a Harassment Restraining Order, punishable by a maximum of 5 years <br />in prison and/or a $10,000 fine and a felony level of Violation of a Domestic Abuse No <br />Contact Order, also punishable by a maximum of 5 years in prison and/or a $10,000 fine. <br />Mr. Wilson repeatedly texted and called the respondent despite the court orders and two <br />previous convictions for violating court orders. CN 15012957. <br /> <br />Daniel James Avraamides, 24 years of age from Fridley, was formally charged with <br />Possession of More than 42.5 grams of marijuana, a felony punishable by up to 5 years in <br />prison and/or a $10,000 fine. Mr. Avraamides was stopped for speeding near Long Lake <br />Rd at Beach Rd on December 3rd. Officers found 109.34 grams of marijuana in his <br />vehicle. Det. Lochen completed the investigation. CN 15016410. <br /> <br />Alay Bay, 50 years of age from New Brighton, was formally charged with Violation of <br />the Controlled Substance Act in the 5th degree – Possession of Methamphetamine. This <br />is a felony punishable by up to 5 years in prison and/or a $10,000 fine. Mr. Bray was <br />arrested on November 10th in possession of less than 1 gram of methamphetamine. Det. <br />Lochen completed the investigation. CN 15015446. <br /> <br />Jessica Shappel, 24 years of age from Mounds View, was formally charged with <br />Violation of the Controlled Substance Law in the Second Degree – Possession of <br />Methamphetamine, which is a felony and carries a maximum sentence of 25 years in <br />prison and/or a $500,000 fine. Ms. Shappel was arrested on August 29th in possession of <br />six grams of methamphetamine. Det. Lochen completed the investigation. CN <br />15012061. <br /> <br />Samantha Marie Zelinski, 46 years of age from Minneapolis, was formally charged with <br />Violation of the Controlled Substance Law in the Fifth Degree – Possession of <br />Methamphetamine. This violation is a felony punishable by up to 5 years in prison
