2 <br />I. INCIDENT RESPONSE INFORMATION <br /> <br />The following information contains summaries of significant police and fire related <br />incidents during the month. <br /> <br />On December 2nd at about 11:55 pm Officers responded to the 2200 block of W Cty Rd E <br />on a report of an 18 – 19 year old male chasing a 40 year old male with a knife. Officers <br />including Officer Craig, Officer Kingslien and Officer Amberg arrived and spoke to the <br />victim and his wife who were outside of the residence. The victim stated that his son had <br />chased him with a knife and was still in the home. Officers made contact with the <br />suspect, identified as Abdulla Nur, 20 years of age from New Brighton. He was no <br />longer in possession of the knife. He admitted to using the knife as a scare tactic and did <br />not intend to harm his father. The knife was recovered and the suspect was arrested for <br />Assault in the 2nd degree, a felony. CN 15016372. <br /> <br />On December 10th at about 2:35 a.m. Officer Brianna Riedel, Officer Tyler Wakasugi and <br />Officer Brad Krebsbach responded to the 2600 block of Rice Creek Rd on a woman in <br />labor. Officers arrived and delivered a healthy baby boy prior to the arrival of Allina <br />Medics. Mother and baby were transported to Abbott Northwestern Hospital. <br /> <br /> Officer Riedel with newly delivered baby boy and his older sister!
