The e-mail reads as follows:

I just received a phone call from a Grandmother I recommended for Santa Cop. She
currently has custody of her two Grandsons who attend Highview and Bel Air. She
wanted to give a special thank you to everyone participated in the gifts for the boys. She
said that everything was so wonderful. Her comment was “not just the quantity but what
they got was exactly what I told you”. She said it was very personalized and whoever did
the shopping did an amazing job. She could not express enough gratitude. Their
Christmas was “perfect” thanks to us. I just thought it would be nice to pass on. 

Lee Antonio Higgs (aka Lee Jenkins), 30 years of age from New Brighton, was formally
charged with one count of Felony Domestic Assault (maximum penalty of 5 years in
prison and/or a $10,000 fine and one count of Terroristic Threats (maximum penalty of 5
years in prison and/or a $10,000 fine).
