Cases Per Detective –46.33 <br />Case clearance rate – 99.3% <br /> <br />On May 18th Detective DeBoer formally charged Ernesto Guzman Jr. 03/17/1986, with <br />two counts of Aggravated Stalking. Each stalking charge carries a maximum sentence of <br />up to 5 years in prison and/or a $10,00 fine. The charges are related to an investigation <br />he conducted in to Guzman placing tracking devices on his ex-wife’s vehicle as well as <br />fraudulent police calls for service against her. As a result of the charges a Felony warrant <br />for Guzman was issued with a bail amount of $75,000. <br />On May 6th Detective DeBoer successfully brought formal Felony DWI charges against <br />Charles Dennis Josephson for Felony 1st Degree Refusal to Submit To Chemical Test. <br />The charges carry a maximum penalty of up to 7 years on prison and/or a $14,000 fine. <br />The charges are the result of a DWI arrest made by Officer Farmer who stopped a driver <br />who reportedly smoked marijuana and injected methamphetamine. Josephson has a prior <br />conviction for criminal vehicular homicide. <br /> <br />V.
