8 <br />influence of narcotics. Officer Framer responded to the scene and conducted an <br />evaluation of the driver who failed to adequately perform field sobriety tests. Weldon <br />was taken in to custody for DWI and during a search of his person officers located <br />suspected narcotics. A search warrant was completed and a blood sample was obtained <br />by Officer Farmer. The charges carry a maximum penalty of 5 years <br />in prison and/or a $10,000 fine. The charges are related to an him threatening Cowboy <br />Jacks staff with a knife. <br /> <br />On August 23rd Detective DeBoer formally charged Christopher Michael Steiner <br />08/01/1979, with 5th Degree Felony Drug Possession and Misdemeanor DWI. The <br />charges arise out of a DWI arrest. The felony charge carries a maximum penalty of 6 <br />months to 10 years in prison and/or a fine of up to $20,000. <br />
