Cases Per Detective – 96.33 <br />Case clearance rate – 97.9% <br /> <br />On September 18th Detective Matt Voeller charged Joshua Grande Mile 5/18/1983 with <br />3rd Degree Possession of Narcotics which carries a maximum penalty of 20 years in <br />prison and/or a $250,000 fine. The charges are a result of a traffic stop by Officer Framer <br />who located 14.2 grams of methamphetamine. <br /> <br />On September 19th Detective Matthew DeBoer formally filed Felony 1st Degree DWI <br />charges against Jon Allen Payton 6/19/1980. Payton was arrested for DWI by Officer <br />Farmer and faces a 7 year prison sentence and/or a $14,000 fine. <br /> <br />On September 23rd Detective Lochen formally charged Southone Billy Khamvongsa <br />12/15/1990 with one count of 1st Degree Possession of Narcotics. The charges are a <br />result of a traffic stop initiated by Officer Farmer on February 7, 2016. Officer Farmer <br />located 87.72 grams of methamphetamine in the vehicle. Khamvongsa faces up to 30 <br />years in prison and/or a $1,000,000 fine. <br /> <br />Detective Lochen successfully brought Felony charges against Dorothy Ann Colby <br />11/13/1960. Colby was arrested for DWI and found to be in possession of .46 grams of <br />methamphetamine. The potential penalty for the charges is 5 years in prison and/or a <br />$10,000 fine. <br /> <br />September 2nd Detective Lochen formally charged Lincoln Charles Walter 11/06/1987 <br />with Felony 1st Degree DWI. The maximum penalty for the charges is 7 years in prison <br />and/or a $14,000 fine. <br /> <br />V.
