7 <br />On September 17th Officers Kostohryz and Amberg were dispatched to the 800 block of <br />Piper Driver for a report of a vehicle which left the roadway, went between two trees, and <br />ended up stuck on a retaining wall. Officers arrived and determined the driver of the <br />vehicle, Jon Allen Payton 06/19/1980 appeared intoxicated. He failed field sobriety <br />testing and provided a breath sample indicating an alcohol concentration of .16. Due to <br />previous DWI convictions he was arrested for Felony 1st Degree DWI and booked at the <br />Ramsey County Law Enforcement Center. C/N 16012030 <br /> On September 15th at approximately 1:33am offices were dispatched to the 500 block of <br />True Street for a report of two suspects attempting to access vehicles. When confronted <br />by witnesses the two males suspects displayed handguns and fled the area. Officers <br />checked the area but were unable to locate the suspects. 16011923 <br /> <br />On September 6th at 10:32pm Officer Farmer stopped a vehicle in the area of West <br />County Road E2 and I35W for equipment and driving violations. While speaking with <br />the driver, identified as Annaliese Moria Engler 01/11/68, he noted the presence of <br />alcohol. The driver failed to properly complete field sobriety testing and admitted to <br />drinking on beer. The driver was taken in to custody and provided an evidentiary breath <br />sample indicating an alcohol concentration of .09. Due to previous alcohol violations she <br />was booked at the Ramsey County Law Enforcement Center for Gross Misdemeanor 2nd <br />Degree DWI. 16011609 <br /> <br />IV.
