Consideration of Resolution Accepting the 2016 Santa Cop Donations. <br />10. Consideration of Resolution Appointing Liaisons to City Commissions and Amending <br />Delegate and Alternate Appointments to Public Agencies. <br />11. Consideration of Resolution Appointing Acting Mayor. <br />Motion by Councihnember Jacobsen, seconded by Councilmember Strub to approve the Consent <br />Agenda as presented. <br />Councilmember Burg thanked Kitchen Kut Ups Band for their generous donations to the scholarship fund. <br />She also appreciated the generous donations the community made to the Santa Cop program. <br />5 Ayes, 0 Nays - Motion Carried <br />Public ]Rearing <br />None. <br />Council Business <br />None. <br />Commission Liaison Reports, Announcements and Updates <br />Dean Lotter <br />City Manager Lotter reported neighborhood meetings would be held on February 23`d and <br />March 23`d. He stated staff was working on tentative agendas for these events. He requested <br />the Council consider using these meetings nights to engage the public and receive feedback on <br />the Comprehensive Plan. He explained Ramsey County was also working on their <br />Comprehensive Plan and noted the County was looking to create a county -wide program for <br />Open to Business. <br />Gina Bauman <br />Councilmember Bauman reported on Thursday, February 2nd the Cable Commission would be <br />meeting to discuss the contract renewal with Comcast. She noted the EDC would be meeting <br />next on Wednesday, February 1St <br />Brian Strub <br />C'OLUICilmember Strub reported the Public Safety Commission would meet next on Monday, <br />January 30th at 6:30 p.m. at the Public Safety Depar(ment. <br />Paul Jacobsen <br />Councilmember Jacobsen reported the Planning Commission met on Tuesday, January 17th in a <br />worksession to discuss temporary health care dwelling units.
