Motion by Council Member Burg seconded by Mayor Larson to award the demolition contract to Wickenhauser Excavating Inc. at a cost of $371,300.00, subject to meeting conditions on health and safety requirements and insurance coverage. 4 Ayes - 0 Nays, Motion Carried 4, Consideration of Amendment to Redevelopment Agreement with Dalstar 5th Avenue, LLC. Consideration of approving Amendments to the 2005 Budgets. Report No. 05-256, Resolution No. 05-101. Finance Director Dan Maiers presented recommendations for amending the 2005 budget. The amendments pertained to fund balance issues and approved projects that have come up during the year. He indicated that amendment item number 6 pertainillg to some personnel restructuring at the FSC was urmecessary for the Conncil to consider and recommended it be removed from consideration. Motion by Council Member Doffing seconded by Council Member Burg to waive the reading and adopt the resolution amending the 200S budgets, striking Item #6. I Ayes - 0 Nays, Motion Carried 4.
