Hide ‘n’ Seek Playground is currently a three location company with a fourth on
the way. The closest location is in Winnipeg, Manitoba. The first Hide ‘n’ Seek
opened in October 2014.

Cheer Amusement completely outfits each location. This includes soft play, zip
lines and trampolines. Two locations have approximately 3,500 square feet
playgrounds, while the third location is approximately 8,000 square feet. The two
smaller locations each cost around $400,000 for equipment and installation.
Each location sees approximately 100,000 users per year

The Hide ‘n’ Seek contact shared he feels the product is of high quality. He has
worked with other vendors and has found he prefers to have Cheer products in
the playgrounds. During the research phase, he visited Cheer’s manufacturing
plants in China to get a better understanding of the quality. He also shared the
equipment is very durable. With anything it needs to be maintained, but it is
durable. Only piece they have noticed that requires ongoing replacement has
been metal rings that connect moveable pieces together. This is no different
from what has been experienced in the current Eagles Nest with the jungle vines
and the foam forest.

Urban Jungle Fun Park

http://urbanjunglefunpark.com/

Urban Jungle currently operates two family entertainment centers with three
additional centers in the development process. They are located on the west
coast in California and Arizona. The first Urban Jungle opened in May 2014.

Cheer completely outfits each location. This includes soft play equipment,
inflatables, trampolines and climbing wall. One is 18,000 square feet while the
other is 9,000. The larger location cost approximately $700,000 for equipment
and installation while the smaller was closer to $400,000. An estimate of
180,000 users per year was shared.

The Urban Jungle contact had nothing but positive comments to make about
Cheer. He too visited the Cheer plants in China. He shared two things stuck out
to him during his tour of the manufacturing plant, the first was how clean it was,
and the second was the sense of ownership the Cheer employees displayed.
Urban Jungle has not found anything other than wear patterns associated with
normal wear and tear of the playground.

Warranty/Durability/Quality

One way to look at durability is the warranty that is associated with the product.
CRS is offering what could be considered an industry standard warrant, but
exceeds the standard when it comes to color, foam, netting and windows.
