This included: <br /> North Park has a softball diamond and official lacrosse field with both fields being lighted. The <br />softball field would be 300 feet and the lacrosse field would be 360 x 225 feet. <br /> Hansen re-use, would be based upon usage, and improvements would be made to Driftwood to <br />accommodate a regulation size soccer field. <br /> This recommendation was on the Council work session calendar for February 25, 2014 and was <br />cancelled. <br />January 7, 2015 PREC update on New Brighton Exchange Parks <br />January 27, 2015 Council work session <br />January 9, 2016 City Council and Senior Management Retreat Direction to Initiate Project <br />February 23, 2016 Entered Professional Services Agreement with AJA. <br />May 10, 2016 Entered Professional Services Agreement with Barr and AET <br />September 13, 2016 Council approved the plans and specs and authorized staff to advertise for bids <br />October 11, 2016 Council Awarded Bid (directed staff to not allow county work until we have <br />Cooperative Agreement) <br />October 25, 2016 Initiated Cooperative Agreement with Ramsey County <br />January 10, 2017 Council approved Change Order 1 (including contractor change orders 1, 3, 4) <br />May 23, 2017 Council approved Change Order 2 (contractor change orders 5, 6, 7, 8, 10) <br /> <br />Financial Impact: <br /> Change Order 12 includes extra work to fix unusable sewer line near San MH 1, including <br />dewatering ($14,566.00). <br /> Change Order 13 includes additional excavation and connection fees for deep watermain <br />($797.50). <br /> Changer Order 14 includes extra work to repair crushed sanitary sewer pipe ($5,855.30). <br /> Change Order 15 includes locating and reconstruction of EX MH ($5,060.50) <br /> Change Order 16 includes sanitary sewer repairs by pond ($23,584.00). <br /> Change Order 18 includes removal of contaminated soils ($53,525.47) <br />AGENDA SECTION: Consent <br />REPORT DATE: June 21, 2017 <br />MEETING DATE: June 27, 2017
