b. The City of New Brighton and District 621 agree to designate the <br />following individuals as their respective Responsible Authority pursuant to <br />the Data Practices Act. <br /> <br />City of New Brighton: City Manager <br />School District: John Ward <br /> <br /> <br />6. Notice <br />Notice to the City shall be given to the City Manager and Notice to District 621 <br />shall be given to the Deputy Superintendent. <br /> <br />8.
