The Parks, Recreation, and Trails Strategic Plan was approved by City Council on May
23, 2006. The purpose of this plan is that it provides vision, priorities, goals, policies, and
and Trails Strategic Plan, the New Brighton Parks and Recreation Department is committed to
improving health, protecting natural resources, fostering healthy youth development, sustaining
fiscal responsibility and supporting community reinvestments.
