<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />TENTATIVE AGREEMENTS SUMMARY <br />Union Proposals <br />Article 19. HOSPITAL AND MECIAL <br />19.1 <br />Effective January 1, 20162018, The EMPLOYER will contribute $735795/month for employees receiving <br />single health insurance, $9951,076/month for EMPLOYEES receiving single+1 health insurance and <br />$1,1251,217/month for EMPLOYEES receiving family coverage for the policy period January 1, 2016 2018 <br />to December 31, 20162018. <br /> <br />19.2 <br />Effective January 1, 20172019 and January 1, 2020, the Hospital, Medical Articles 19.1, 19.3, and 19.5 will <br />be subject to a re-opener. <br /> <br />ARTICLE 20. HOLIDAYS <br />20.3 <br />In addition to holidays specified in Section 20.1, there shall be given to each employee covered by this <br />AGREEMENT two holidays whose days shall be determined by mutual agreement of the employee and <br />the EMPLOYER-designated supervisor. An employee must request the day for these holidays no less than <br />24 72 hours prior to such day from the EMPLOYER-designated supervisor. <br /> <br />ARTICLE 22.2 UNIFORMS <br />22.2 <br />The City shall initially provide each employee with two pairs of laced steel-toed boots from a vendor of <br />the City's choice that meet OSHA Standard Number 1910.136. If an employee desires to vary from the <br />City selected boot, the employee will be responsible for any price deviation. The City will contribute the <br />following amounts for steel-toed boots from a City approved vendor: <br /> <br /> 1/1/2016 2018 $210250 <br /> 1/1/2017 2019 $210250 <br /> 1/1/2020 $250 <br /> <br />ARTICLE 22.3 CLOTHING ALLOWANCE <br />22.3 <br />Clothing Allowance: New hires to receive $350 at the start of employment. All other employees shall <br />receive a clothing allowance of $300 for all three years with the ability to select more options through <br />the City’s uniform provider.
