Duration <br />The proposed contract is a three-year one that will expire December 31, 2020. <br /> <br />Wages <br />2018: 3% COLA <br />2019: 3% COLA <br />2020: 3% COLA <br /> <br />Health Insurance <br />Employer health insurance contributions for 2018 is currently budgeted the same for union and <br />non-union employees. In 2018, the proposed contributions are $795 for single plans, $1,076 for <br />Single+1 plans and $1,271 for family plans.
