<br /> <br />Commissioner Ghouse inquired about reports of increased human trafficking anticipated during <br />the Super Bowl. Director Paetznick stated Minneapolis PD has created a task force and all of our <br />officers have previously been trained. <br /> <br />Commissioner Malone noted Allina participated in a table top active shooter training and asked <br />about our department training. Director Paetznick noted this is a constantly ongoing <br />conversation and we do these trainings every chance we get. <br /> <br />D. Council Report – Council Member Paul Jacobsen <br /> <br />Council Member Jacobsen thanked the commission for all the work they did with the Body <br />Worn Camera policy. <br /> <br />Council Member Jacobsen noted there will be a change in January with two new Council <br />members; thank you to all who voted. <br /> <br />Council Member Jacobsen reported they have been busy with ribbon cutting ceremonies for the <br />new license bureau, the new Lions Park, and tomorrow at 5:00 pm, for the newly remodeled <br />Eagles Nest. The Grand Opening will be on Saturday. <br /> <br />Council Member Jacobsen noted the due diligence work is almost done and the City is <br />proceeding with the purchase of the Korean Church. <br /> <br />Old Business <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />New Business <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Adjourn <br /> <br />Commissioner Wagner made a motion to adjourn the November Public Safety Commission <br />meeting; seconded by Commissioner Ghouse.
