The proposed building is <br />modular and will be reviewed as such under the Building Code. The Zoning Code does not <br />prevent construction of modular buildings, whether as permanent or temporary structures. In <br />addition to the office building, the applicant will be constructing utilities connections (sewer and <br />water), installing a small bituminous parking lot, and landscaping. It is likely this is a scaling issue with the plans being <br />the applicant has not applied for a Variance. Prior to issuance of a building permit, the plan will <br />have to depict a 15’ side yard setback to the west. <br /> <br />**The I-2 zoning district standards only require a 20’ rear yard setback. However, Jones Lake is <br />included in the Shoreland Ordinance, where a 50’ setback is required from the OHWL. <br /> <br /> <br />
