Staff finds this criterion to generally be met. The site is provided with, and will continue to <br />utilize existing utilities, access roads, drainage and other necessary facilities. <br /> <br />Staff is recommended an additional sidewalk connection from the southwest corner pedestrian <br />ramp at Innsbruck Drive and Silver Lake Road diagonally into the applicant’s parking lot. <br /> <br />(5) That the special use shall in all other respects conform to the applicable regulations of the <br />district in which it is located. <br /> <br />Staff finds this criterion to be met. This report has outlined all applicable regulations for the <br />drive-thru facility and how these proposed improvements comply with those regulations. <br /> <br />Based on the above analysis, and the addition of one condition of approval regarding a sidewalk <br />connection, staff finds all special use standards in Zoning Code Section 8-130 are met. <br /> <br />STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends approval, as submitted, and subject to incorporation of a sidewalk connection <br />diagonally from the pedestrian ramp at the southwest corner of Innsbruck Drive and Silver Lake <br />Road, southwest to the applicant’s parking lot. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Janice Gundlach <br />Assistant Director of Community Assets & <br />Development/Planning Director <br /> <br />
