MCD17368 November 17, 2017 <br />Project Narrative 3 <br />The proposed changes to the site will not change the establishment, maintenance, or operations of <br />the current special use. <br />2) That the special use will not be injurious to the use and enjoyment of other property in <br />the immediate vicinity for the purposes already permitted, nor substantially diminish and <br />impair property values within the neighborhood. <br />The proposed special use will not negatively impact adjacent properties.
