Thus, our City relies heavily on the <br />housing market of First-Time Home Buyers to reinvest into their properties, but also home <br />improvement loan programs offered through other agencies. And therefore, the City is in <br />the process of creating a Residential Resource Webpage similar to the Business Resource <br />Webpage at the following web address: http://www.ci.columbia- <br />heights.mn.us/business/business_resources/index.php. Programs that will be showcased are <br />first-time home buyer programs, as well as home improvement loan programs offered <br />through Anoka County and Minnesota Housing Finance Agency. If you have not yet reach <br />out to Ramsey County to see what residential improvement loan or grant programs they <br />offer, I highly recommend for you to do that. <br /> <br />Fridley <br />Contact: Paul Bolin, Assistant Executive Director. CEE (Center for Energy & Environment) does all of the loan qualifications, <br />processing & closing for us. CRF (Community Reinvestment Fund) manages the portfolio of
