Mr. Burrs commented on how this matter would be regulated by State re quirements. He noted <br />cars for sale would have a buyer’s guide on the window. <br />Motion by Commissioner McQuillan, seconded by Commissioner Frischman, to approve staff <br />recommendation as amended, pending an updated site plan, designating two front parking stalls for <br />overnight customer parking, changing one-hour to one-hour during business hours for temporary <br />parking, recommending the direction of the one-way be changed, changing the angle on the diagonal <br />parking to the rear of the building, and adding a con dition for approval that would require the front <br />bay doors to remain closed after 7:00 p.m. <br />Approved 7-0. <br />VII.
