Notices of the Public Improvement Hearing were mailed to property owners to be affected by this <br />proposed street reconstruction project, and published in the local newspaper as required by law. <br /> <br />Financial Impact: The total estimated project cost is $3,780,000. The Feasibility Study contains cost <br />estimates and recommended funding. <br /> <br />Explanation: The purpose of this item is to hold the Public Improvement Hearing for proposed Project <br />18-1, 2018 Street Rehabilitation. A presentation of the Feasibility Study will be made by staff prior to the <br />opening of the Public Improvement Hearing. <br /> <br />If the Council approves the project at the Public Improvement Hearing, staff will prepare plans and <br />specifications based on the input received at the improvement hearing and previously collected <br />information. <br /> <br />Costs and Funding: This project, if approved, would be funded from a combination of City of New <br />Brighton general taxes, special assessments, and utility improvement funds. <br /> <br /> <br />__________________________ <br />Craig G.
