Oversaw a 20% increase in program participation during tenure. <br />•Hired, managed, trained and evaluated 95 intramural sports officials, 20 site supervisors (part <br />time staff) and 10 league administrators (part time staff) by placing an emphasis on empowering <br />employees and employee development. <br />•Lead staff-person in the migration of the Intramural program from traditional pen and paper to <br />online registration and league management with IM Leagues.
