• Special Use Permit: Required per Zoning Code Section 4-530 (K) for detached garages in <br />excess of 624 SF up to 1,064 SF, and <br />• Special Use Permit: Required per Zoning Code Section 10-040 (3) to place fill and/or <br />structures within the floodway. <br /> <br />Numerous Zoning Code sections apply to the above noted Special Use Permits. A full analysis is <br />provided in the attached Planning Report dated February 20, 2018. All criteria have been met. <br /> <br />This request generated a lot of discussion at the Planning Commission meeting, mainly due to the <br />placement of the garage having a negative impact to the views the neighbor to the north enjoys <br />across the applicant’s property.
