Reports and Updates <br /> <br />A. Allina Health – Dave Matteson <br /> <br />Dave Mattson was not in attendance. <br /> <br />B. Public Safety Update – Director Paetznick <br /> <br />Director Paetznick thanked all who participated in National Night Out. He stated this was <br />another great community event. He reported the School Resource Officers were back to <br />school as of September 4th. He commented on the improvements he was hoping to complete <br />within the Public Safety Department training room. He stated he would be addressing body <br />worn cameras with the Council in October. He reported VIPS would be holding a blood drive <br />next week. He noted the Council would be looking at the City’s tobacco age. He explained <br />the City was seeking a student representative for the Public Safety Commission. <br /> <br />C. City Council Update – Emily Dunsworth, Councilmember <br /> <br />Councilmember Dunsworth was not in attendance. <br /> <br />VII. Business Items <br /> <br /> None. <br /> <br />VIII.
