Call to Order <br /> <br />Chairperson Zisla called the meeting to order at 7:30 a.m. <br /> <br />II. Roll Call <br /> <br />Members Present: Chair Paul Zisla, Commissioners Bob Benke, Monica Garcia-Perez, Clint <br />Kuipers, Rachel Luong, Kevin Peck, Harry Carter (arrived at 7:34 a.m.), Mike Murlowski and <br />Rachel Nelson (arrived at 7:55 p.m.) <br /> <br />Members Absent: None <br /> <br />Also Present: Janice Gundlach-Assistant Director of Community Assets & <br />Development/Planning Director, Craig Schlichting-Community Assets and Development <br />Director, Dean Lotter-City Manager, Jason Aarsvold-Ehlers & Associates, Councilmember <br />Graeme Allen <br /> <br />III. Approval of Agenda <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Benke, seconded by Commissioner Peck to approve the agenda as <br />presented. <br /> <br />Approved 7-0 <br /> <br />IV. Approval of Minutes <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Murlowski, seconded by Commissioner Garcia-Perez to approve the <br />minutes from the May 2, 2018 meeting. <br /> <br />Approved 7-0 <br /> <br />V. Report from Council Liaison <br /> <br />Councilmember Allen reported the City Council would be holding an Open House at the <br />Community Center on Saturday, May 5th from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. He stated the United <br />Theological Seminary has decided to move and has a buyer (a charter school) for the majority of <br />their space. He was pleased to report Brightwood Hills Golf Course was now open to the public.
