10 <br />and is placed under arrest for DWI. She agreed to take a breath test which revealed a <br />BAC of .20. She was booked for 3rd degree DWI since her BAC was over a .16. <br /> <br />On August 26th, Officer Pyka stopped a 22 year old St. Francis man for speeding (80 mph <br />in a 60 mph). The driver smelled of alcohol and admitted to consuming alcohol. The <br />driver failed field sobriety tests and was arrested for DWI. The driver agreed to take a <br />breath test which revealed a BAC of .08. he was booked for 4th degree DWI. <br /> <br />On August 26th, Officer Farmer stopped vehicle for a cracked windshield and stop sign <br />violation. The driver, a 55 year old Shoreview man, appeared impaired and he appeared <br />to be living out of his vehicle. The driver had a Cancelled driver license. He failed field <br />sobriety tests and was arrested. During the vehicle inventory search prior to tow, officers <br />found drug paraphernalia. In a Miranda interview, the driver admitted to recent <br />methamphetamine use. A search warrant for blood or urine sample was obtained. The <br />driver was booked for driving with a cancelled driver license and 3rd Degree DWI. The <br />vehicle was held for forfeiture. <br /> <br />IV.
