CRIMINAL INVESTIGATIVE SECTION (CIS), SCHOOL <br />RESOURCE OFFICER (SRO) and VIOLENT CRIME ENFORCEMENT <br />TEAM (VCET) ACTIVITY <br /> <br />This section contains information regarding the Criminal Investigative Section <br />(Detectives) and our School Resource Officers (Irondale, Highview, the Elementary <br />Schools/ Area Learning Center) and the member of the Ramsey County Violent Crime <br />Enforcement Team (VCET). This includes summary data of investigations and <br />clearances by the Criminal Investigative Section. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />In September, our VCET Officer acted in an undercover capacity for an ongoing human <br />trafficking investigation at massage establishments. After that operation, the case agent <br />wrote three search warrants. They executed those search warrants which resulted in two <br />arrested for human tracking and one for possession of a sawed off shotgun. $45,000 in <br />cash was also seized. <br /> <br />Det. Lochen signed a complaint against a 35 year old Minneapolis man for a felony level <br />Domestic Assault. The charge carries a maximum sentence of 5 years and/or a $10,000 <br />fine. <br /> <br />Det. Lochen signed a complaint against a 27 year old Brooklyn Center resident for 1st <br />degree Damage to Property, Obstruction of Legal Process with Force and Domestic <br />Assault.
