PLANNING REPORT <br /> <br />DATE: January 16, 2018 <br />CASE: PSP17-0004 <br />SUBJECT: Site Plan Amendment Revising the Dimensions of a Previously Approved <br />Building Addition <br />APPLICANT: Donald “Skip” Wyland, on behalf of Pets Remembered <br /> <br />REQUEST & BACKGROUND <br />The applicant is requesting an amendment to his previously approved Site Plan, allowing for the <br />dimensions of the approved addition to be revised from 10’ x 25’ (250 SF) to 12’ x 22’(264 SF). <br />This revision is meant to allow the applicant to leave the existing electrical meter is its current <br />location, saving on costs to relocate, and to ensure adequate space to accommodate the machine <br />that would be housed in the addition. <br /> <br />The applicant was granted a Special Use Permit and Site Plan by the City Council on November <br />28, 2017. The approval conditions are outlined in attached Resolution 2017-071. Because the <br />request does not impact the special use, no public hearing or notification to the neighbors is <br />required.
